Cupcake Mail Order

 

 

To order cupcakes for mail order please ring Vicky on 01275 817810 or email victoria@by-victoria.co.uk  Please make sure you have chosen a cake from the range that is suitable for mail order. For custom made cakes we can let you know their suitability for posting.  Alternatively, place your order online using PayPal.

 

Mail order cakes cost the same with the addition of £7 posting.

 

Deliveries are available Tuesday to Friday. It is important that someone is in to receive the cakes as they will need to be signed for. The cakes will be carefully packed in their gift box and then in a sturdy outer box.

 

All cakes are made to order so please allow as much time as possible when ordering. Sometimes jobs can be rushed through depending on how busy we are, but this may incur a surcharge.

 

It is also wise to get the cakes delivered the day before you actually want them, as delays in the postal system are out of our hands.  

 

Terms.

We always try to ensure that our cakes arrive in perfect condition, but very occasionally accidents happen whilst they are en route.

 

Any cakes that arrive in a less than perfect condition need to be reported within 24 hours. Either phone or email (preferably with a photo of the damaged cakes). It may be necessary to send us back the damaged cakes via recorded delivery if you cannot provide photographic proof.

 

We will do our best to either send out replacements within a reasonable time scale or arrange a refund. Please note that refunds will only be given to the value of the order. For any deliveries that are delayed we will offer a refund of the postal charge only.
